The MUV Trailer Mover is an electric tug designed to move trailers by hand, perfect for a number of applications;

• Towing general purpose, box van trailers and mobile welfare units, particularly where there is limited storage space
• Manoeuvring livestock trailers and horsebox trailers in the yard, suitable for if there is a small turning circle
• Pushing caravan trailers and moving motorsport trailers, suitable for use indoors, being an electric powered trailer mover no exhaust fumes are omitted

How to use a trailer mover

The Nu-Star Trailer Mover is easy-to-use, requiring only one person to operate the motorised trailer dolly, reducing manpower, thereby increasing productivity and also health and safety by minimising the risk of back injury.

• Simply draw up to the trailer you want to move and hitch up.

The Trailer Mover is designed to be compatible with common towing systems; including a tow ball hitch, pintle hitch or towing ring hitch. Our Design Engineers can work with you to develop bespoke hitches and coupling attachments for non-standard towing systems.

• Operate the Trailer Mover using the twist grip fully proportioned throttle. It’s as easy as that.

No operator license is required. We do offer training in order to operate the machine using best practices for health and safety and provide tips to get the out of your electric trailer dolly, including optimum charge cycles.
